Our Team
Jason Schottenfeld
Jason Schottenfeld is a Co-Founder, Principal, and Co-Head of Investments at HudsonPoint Group. Jason has acquired professional experience through his positions at Charles H. Greenthal, Asset Management and Koyote Capital. Jason has a specialized skill set with respect to investments across a variety of asset classes. Jason received a MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University, and a BA from the University of Michigan.
Matthew Pazzaglini
Matthew Pazzaglini is a Co-Founder, Principal, and Co-Head of Investments at HudsonPoint Group. With professional experience from BlackRock Real Assets and Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, Matt is able to leverage his knowledge and experience with real estate debt and equity to provide investors with creative solutions. Matt received a BS in Real Estate Finance from New York University with a specialization in asset management.
Daniel Levitin
Daniel Levitin is a Principal and the Head of Property and Asset Management at HudsonPoint Group. Daniel spent 5 years in the Credit and Risk Management groups at Signature Bank before leaving the position of Officer in September of 2021. Daniel oversees a portfolio of over 400 residential units in New York City and ensures quality service and performance for tenants and investors. Daniel graduated with a BS in Finance from Touro University in 2014.
Jack N. Dildabanian
Jack Dildabanian is a Principal and Head of Development at the HudsonPoint Group. Jack earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He has previously held positions at The Peebles Corporation and Lincoln Land Services. Jack leverages his wide network of real estate service providers and acute market insight to ensure optimal project pricing.
Bradley Finnegan
Bradley Finnegan is a Market Research Analyst at HudsonPoint Group. Before joining HudsonPoint, Bradley was a Financial Analyst at Newmark. During his time there, Bradley was involved in traditional and auction sales in excess of $250M. Bradley graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Matthew J. Simon
Matthew J Simon, Esq. is a Director at the HudsonPoint Group. Mr. Simon also serves as counsel to Moritt Hock & Hamroff. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Simon was the co-founding and co-managing partner of Simon, Eisenberg & Baum, LLP. Matthew has advised family offices, real estate companies, developers, financial institutions, and high net worth individuals. His specialties include real estate and corporate credit facilities, development projects, acquisitions and dispositions of real property, commercial leasing, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and joint ventures. He received a JD from St. Johns University Law School and a BS from Brooklyn College.
Jacob Neiderfer
Jacob is the Vice President of Acquisitions at HudsonPoint Asset Management. Prior to joining Hudson Point Group, Jacob was a Senior Associate for Red Barn Advisory, as well as a handful of fintech startups. Jacob’s entrepreneurial background equipped him with skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and financial modeling, enabling him to identify lucrative investment opportunities and make informed decisions.
